subscribing to Ringaza's Ringtone Club service. The 10 complimentary
ringtones & 5 complimentary wallpapers offer is available as 10
extra ringtone credits & 5 extra wallpaper credits upon successful
registration of the Ringaza Ringtone club. The 10 complimentary
ringtones offer is available only to AT&T, Cingular, Sprint,
T-Mobile and Verizon Wireless customers, and requires a paid $9.99
monthly subscription. Please note: Verizon Wireless customers must
own a handset with Picture Messaging to download ringtones and
wallpapers. Verizon Wireless customers who do not own a Picture
Messaging handset will not be billed for the Ringtone Club, and will
instead be offered Ringaza's Text Message Club for $9.99/mo.
Cellular One, Alltel, Dobson and Nextel customers interested in this
offer may instead subscribe to Ringaza's Text Message Club as they
are unable to access our ringtone services. Ringaza's Text Message
Club is billed at $9.99/mo. for Cellular One, Alltel, Dobson and
Nextel customers. Ringaza's Ringtone Club service is billed at
$9.99/mo. for 5 ringtone downloads per month. Ringaza's Text Message
Club is delivered seven days a week. All plans are subject to
Ringaza's Terms of Service. Ringtone Club subscribers may cancel by
texting STOP to 75714. Text Message Club subscribers may cancel by

Complimentary Ringtone offer is only for compatible handsets on
Centennial Wireless, Cingular AT&T Wireless, Cingular Orange and
Sprint PCS. This is a Funmobile Value Club 2 Poly Ringtones, Joke
subscription service. By signing up for this service and by entering
your personal PIN Code which will be sent to the cell phone number
supplied by you on this website, you acknowledge that you are
subscribing to our service. CINGULAR AT&T WIRELESS AND CINGULAR
ORANGE USERS will be billed monthly at $19.99 and receive credits
for 14 Poly Ringtones per month. ALLTEL, BOOST, CELLULAR ONE, NEXTEL
AND VERIZON WIRELESS USERS will be billed weekly at $5.99 and
receive a joke delivered daily. SPRINT PCS USERS will be billed
weekly at $5.99 and receive credits for 4 Poly Ringtones per week
and a joke delivered daily. CENTENNIAL WIRELESS AND T-MOBILE USERS
will be billed monthly at $9.99 and receive credits for 5 Poly
Ringtones per month. CINCINNATI BELL USERS will be billed monthly at
$9.99 and receive a joke delivered daily. All plans are subject to
the Terms of Service. Games, Operator Logos, and Picture Messages
are not supported by T-MOBILE. Users under 16 years of age require
parents' permission. Unused credits will not be rolled over to next
month (see Terms of Service). Normal carrier charges (WAP, GPRS, SMS)
apply. The charge will be billed on your wireless phone bill or

To signup for our services, you must be 18 years of age or older. If
you are under 18, you must obtain parental consent. Except for text
plans, a web-enabled phone is required to download site content. Our
Fun Plan is available to Cingular, AT&T Wireless, Sprint, and
T-Mobile users at $9.99 per month for 60 credits that you can redeem
for polytones, realtones, and wallpapers. The Fun Plan includes an
initial download that does not reduce your credits, however the 140
bonus credits offer is only available to new users on AT&T, Cingular,
and Sprint; T-Mobile users are not eligible. Our Music Trivia Plan
is available to Verizon Wireless, Alltel, Dobson, Cellular One, and
Nextel users at $9.99 per month. The Music Trivia plan is available
to Boost users at $6.99 per month. The Music Trivia Plan includes
music trivia text alerts. All Ringtone.com subscription fees, and
other applicable fees, will appear on your monthly wireless

36726. The Fun and Music Trivia Plans are monthly subscriptions that
will automatically renew. To unsubscribe, text the word "STOP" to
36726. You will receive a message with the names of your subscribed
plans. You will then need to reply with the text "STOP" along with
the name of the plan you would like to stop. By subscribing for our
service you agree to our additional Terms of Service.

Playphone Terms and
Conditions
With the PlayPhone mobile plan you will receive 20 download credits
for only 9.99/mo. Users will receive 20 download credits for the
first month of service (10 credits + 10 bonus credits). For every
month thereafter, users will receive 14 download credits (10 credits
+ 4 bonus credits). Ringtones and Wallpapers starting from 1
download credit. Games start from 3 download credits. More cool
stuff for only 1 download credit. Content availability may vary per
device. This is a monthly subscription service. A phone with
wireless web enabled and SMS enabled (short message service) account
is required. Unused credits will rollover to the following month.
You may cancel your subscription at anytime by text messaging the
word "STOP PP" to "77888" from your mobile device. Charges will
appear on your carrier phone bill. You must be at least 13 years of
age and have your parents and/or bill payers permission. Normal
carrier charges may apply. See Terms of Service for details. Product
